Rentistic processes personal data in accordance with:

  • applicable Croatian and EU data protection laws

By using the Rentistic platform, the user acknowledges and accepts this Privacy Policy.

  • company or sole trader name

  • company VAT / tax ID

  • personal tax ID of the registering individual

  • address

  • email address

  • phone number

  • billing details

  • IBAN

2.2. Data Generated Through Use of the Platform

  • IP address

  • device and browser information

  • login and usage records

  • technical logs

2.3. Personal Data of Third Parties

Users may enter personal data of third parties (e.g. guests, partners, clients) into the system, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, tax IDs, and stay details.

In such cases, Rentistic acts as a Data Processor, while the User remains responsible for the lawful processing of such data.

  • enabling use of the Rentistic platform

  • creation and management of user accounts

  • performance of contractual obligations

  • billing and payment processing

  • customer support and communication

  • improvement of system functionality

  • performance of a contract

  • compliance with legal obligations
